Tim Kelley retired as a Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain in 1990 following a 25-year career in Navy shore facilities design, engineering, construction, operations and real estate management. Tim was responsible for the planning, design and construction of facilities throughout the Pacific and Indian Ocean areas and the continental United States.
Following his military career, Tim was a Senior Vice President of both Nielsen Construction and Nielsen Dillingham Builders for ten years and subsequently Executive Vice President and General Manager of Staite Engineering, a San Diego based marine civil engineering and construction company.
Tim currently is President of TMK Consulting an engineering and construction management company.
Mr. Kelley graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in Engineering and earned a MS degree in Civil Engineering-construction Management from Stanford University.
